About Us

Family-owned and operated for over 25 years. Today’s operation has 6 service bays and 3 mechanics.

Mark’s Union Tires is conveniently located at 1532 County Road #2, Brockville at the corner of County Road #2 and Lyn Road #46. If you are travelling west out of downtown we are just passed the Brockville Golf and Country Club ½ KM.

Mark Kisielius started his tire career at Union Tire in Montreal. Union Tire had 5 locations including Brockville and in 1983 the opportunity came along for Mark and his wife Carrie to take over the Brockville 2 bay location and Mark’s Union Tires was born.

Mark was always looking to be able to provide more than just tires to his customers and in 1984 he started selling stereos and TVs. He later dropped the TVs and focused on car auto-carrying major brands like Pioneer and Alpine. In 1988 the business added cell phones to their product offerings and became the first Bell Mobility dealer in Brockville. At the same time, Mark expanded the business and added 4 service bays on the building and the current office. In 1996 Mark sold off the stereo and cellular side of his business to focus on tires, custom wheels and mechanical for his customers.

Mark’s Union Tire was one of the first in the industry to start offering tire storage as far back as 1989. This is still a major customer service component of their business. In March 2011 Mark’s Union joined the TIRECRAFT banner program and became Mark’s Union Tire.

Mark has not lost his passion for planes and still flies his float plane whenever he can. Many residents can identify Mark’s Union Tire with the yellow Beechcraft Musketeer sitting on the property. In 2015 the Royal Canadian Air Cadets 870 Vampire Squadron Brockville, undertook the task to refurbish the plane.

Mark’s Union Tire has supported the local community since the business began. They donate to Brockville Minor Hockey, Brockville Palliative Care, and Brockville Island Breakfast to support tourism and awareness about the islands surrounding Brockville. Also, Aid for Chernobyl.
